How to Apply
Admission is by application, and each cohort is capped at twenty seats.
Who the cohort is built for
Admission favors candidates who already carry responsibility for how an organization behaves — HR and People leaders, operations executives, and the consultants and advisors those leaders call. The common thread is the problem they hold: a pattern that has outlasted the standard fixes, and the suspicion that nobody has actually diagnosed it.
Some applicants are not there yet, and apply anyway — the director building toward the seat, the practitioner changing lanes. The application asks what you would do with the capability. A serious answer to that question weighs more than a title.
Application to enrollment
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis as they arrive. Most applicants receive a decision within 7 business days. Admitted candidates hold their seat with a $750 deposit, applied in full toward tuition. The balance must be paid in full 60 days before the course begins. No tuition is due before then.
HR leaders serving nonprofit organizations are eligible for reduced tuition, noted on the application.
Admitted candidates start early
Confirmation begins the work. Each admitted candidate receives a welcome packet — books for prerequisite reading and other preparation materials — and the prerequisite coursework opens, completed at your own pace in the months before the course begins. Faculty and cohort communications run through the same period. The course opens with every candidate holding the same foundation, which is what allows twenty people to train at depth from the first gate.
