What a SWIM credential certifies
The Certified SWIM Practitioner credential is awarded to candidates who complete faculty-reviewed assessment in Strategic Workforce Insight Mapping. A record appears in this register once the credential has been issued. Each record shows the holder's name, the date of issue, and current standing.
